Ionic Liquid Magnesium Supplements
There is a lot of buzz lately about the benefits of ionic liquid minerals. Ionic is in reference to how it is bonded. It will either be considered an ionic bond or a covalent bond. So what does this mean? The covalent bond means that it consists of pairs of electrons that is shared by two atoms with binding the atoms in a fixed type of orientation. In addition, it would take relatively high energies to break them apart. An ionic bond is defined by a positive charged ion (cation) and negatively charged ion (anion).
Magnesium specifically, has been noted to be the miracle mineral for it's many ways it has been found to help our bodies to function properly. The ionic liquid magnesium is the best form of magnesium to take because of it's ability to absorb directly into the cells as soon as it enters the body. Although there are many types of magnesium, the Angstrom Minerals ionic liquid magnesium shows to be the most efficient, due to the angstrom size that allows it to be utilized by the body without the need to break down or go through the digestive system. As an added bonus, since it does not have to go through the digestive system, it also does not cause the uncomfortable side effect of diarrhea! Other forms of magnesium, such as pills, capsules, or powders can be less effective and cause the side effects due to fillers and other ingredients. They are also generally only about 3-5% efficient for the body because it has less of an absorption rate.
There is a long list of symptoms that reflect a magnesium deficiency, as well as a very lengthy list of the ways it helps your body to function. It has helped many people to know what others have experienced in trying to determine if they had issues that could be helped through taking a magnesium supplement. Dr. Carolyn Dean has stated that most of us are deficient, so perhaps it is worth checking into. For some, with the symptoms they are facing, it could seem almost too easy to be able to resolve them with simply adding an ionic dietary supplement to their day!
Some of the functions that magnesium provides for the body include calming nerves, promoting cell growth, it supports the excretory process, helps to increase elasticity, it is essential for brain and liver function, and is necessary for the process of creating solid teeth and bones. In addition, it has been recognized for helping with better sleep to allow your body to better recover through the night and help to reduce muscle pains, etc.
Signs and symptoms of deficiency can vary tremendously for each individual. Many factors can play a part in the deficiencies a person can be experiencing. Things such as diet, other health issues, current medications, level of activity, and lifestyle, etc. Some symptoms may include sleepiness, vertigo, menstrual migraines, organ calcification, headaches, stiff muscles, muscular weakness, and cramps.
It has also been noted to help those struggling with lyme disease. Many people have incorporated magnesium into their protocols to help ease a variety of painful symptoms that are present in patients with this disease.
Dr. Mark Sircus published an article with GreenMedInfo stating "A magnesium deficiency may be responsible for more diseases than any other nutrient." Could it be as easy as just adding a simple mineral to your day? There are many things to consider when you are looking at battling a disease, but this is certainly a good place to start!
